Pricing:
- Includes setup, 3 juice options + coffee and tea, and water service.
and all necessary equipment and utensils.  - Additional Guests: ₱150 per person (if the number of guests exceeds the chosen package).
- Additional 10 pax: ₱1,000 per additional 10 guests.
- Additional Time: ₱500 per hour (after the initial 3-hour event time).
Service Inclusions:
- Professional setup and takedown of the juice bar.
- Friendly and professional staff to serve the drinks.
- Quality and natural ingredients for all juices.
- Decorative elements to match the wedding theme.
- A jar of cold water and a hot water dispenser for coffee and/or tea
Payment Terms and Conditions:
Booking Confirmation:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. This amount will be deducted from the total bill.
- The remaining balance is due one week before the event date
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a 50% refund of any additional payments made (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit the full payment.
Modifications:
- Any changes to the juice selection or guest count must be communicated at least 14 days before the event.
- Additional charges may apply for late changes or additions.
Event Day Requirements:
- Access to the venue for setup at least 2 hours before the event start time.
- Provision of a designated space for the juice bar setup with access to electrical outlets if required.
- A table must be provided for the juice bar.
Rates:
- All rates are exclusive of VAT and transportation (gas, toll, parking) fees.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or cash. Bank details will be provided upon confirmation.
